Size Guide
Ring sizes are very specific and it's important to ensure your measurements are correct. There are a few ways you can measure your size, each outlined below.

You can order a re-useable ring sizer HERE that will be posted directly to your home or office.

Print out this handy PDF to help find the size of an existing ring that fits you, as well as a conversion chart for international sizing.

Or you can find a helpful visual guide on how to measure both your own or your partners ring size in this VIDEO.

Finally, we can arrange an in person meeting where I can accurately measure you for the perfect fit.

Care
Significant care is taken to ensure every Rhiannon Smith piece is of the highest quality. As such it should be worn and treated with care to keep it looking its best.

I strongly recommend removing your jewellery when sleeping, swimming, exercising, gardening and doing household chores. Refrain from knocking or scraping jewellery against hard surfaces as this can scratch and chip metal and gemstones.

Storage

When not being worn, store your jewellery in an airtight bag (with the exception of pearls) or the jewellery packaging provided.

Cleaning
Silver
Silver jewellery is best when worn regularly and can begin to tarnish if left exposed to open air for longer periods. It can also tarnish when exposed to certain liquids and fumes including chlorine, sulphur, salt water, perfumes, body lotions and even the natural PH of someone’s skin. There are many high quality silver jewellery cleaners available on the market, however you can also clean your silver using natural products found at home. I suggest using a mixture of warm soapy water and a soft bristled brush. A gentle rub with a jewellery polishing cloth will also clean your piece easily.

Gold
Gold is quite a soft material so I recommend wearing your gold piece with care to avoid scratches and dents on the surface of your jewellery. Gold can be easily cleaned using a jewellery polishing cloth or warm soapy water and a soft bristled brush. Make sure to carefully rinse and dry your piece before storing or wearing

Plated Metal
Plated pieces require extra care when worn and being cleaned. Plating is a process where a very thin layer of metal (such as gold) is applied to another metal (such as silver). This thin layer is susceptible to chipping and wear over time so we recommend getting your piece re-plated every so often to keep it looking its best. I offer a re-plating service for your piece for a small fee, please email hello@rhiannonsmith.com.au for further information regarding my re-plating service. I recommend your plated piece be gently cleaned with a soft cotton cloth or plain warm water and dried immediately with a soft cotton cloth before storing or wearing.

Gemstones and Pearls
Gemstones and pearls are delicate and should be cleaned with care. Gemstones are prone to chipping if knocked against hard or abrasive surfaces so it is best to clean your stone pieces with warm soapy water and a soft bristle brush. Pearls must be kept away from water and any kind of cleaning product as these can degrade the pearl prematurely and lead to dulling of the pearls lustre. I recommend giving your pearl piece a gentle rub with a lint free cloth.
